Standards for variance by the Zoning Board of Appeals from the strict interpretation of the regulations set forth in Section 86-436. The applicant is requesting to allow a 192 square foot accessory building in the floodplain.

Section 86-687 (4)(g), The freestanding sign shall be located in the front yard with the leading edge at least 10 feet back of the street right-of-way line. The applicant is requesting a variance for a proposed 42.2 square foot sign six feet from the front property line.
