DOG DAYCARE CENTER, WHICH IS QUASI COMMERCIAL AND [INAUDIBLE] RESIDENTIAL AND TO THE WEST, COMMERCIAL, AND I THINK THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE ZONED COMMERCIAL WITH THE IDEA OF DOING A BLEND OF MEDIUM-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ZONE.
