THE PROPOSED CARPORT WILL BE LOCATED ENTIRELY WITHIN THAT FRONT YARD SETBACK.

AT ITS CLOSEST POINT, THAT CARPORT WILL BE 62FT FROM THE CENTER LINE OF LAKE LANSING ROAD RIGHT AWAY.

SO A VARIANCE OF 38FT IS REQUESTED.

ALSO, SECTION 86.565 STATES, NO ACCESSORY BUILDING CAN PROJECT INTO THE FRONT YARD.

AND BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY IS A CORNER LOT, THEY TECHNICALLY HAVE TWO FRONT YARDS, ONE ON LAKE LANSING AND ONE ON NEWTON ROAD.
