THE PLAN WAS ALWAYS FALL, WINTER AND THEN PROBABLY ADOPTION EARLY IN 2023. OKAY. AND ALSO, AS I UNDERSTOOD IT THE LAST TIME YOU TALKED TO US ABOUT THIS, IT ISN'T THIS TIME AROUND. WHETHER THE VILLAGE OF OKEMOS GOES THROUGH IS STILL QUESTIONABLE, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THE HASLETT PIKA IS GOING TO BE QUITE SUCCESSFUL AND IT'S MOVING FORWARD AS WE SPEAK. SO THAT'S GOOD TO SEE. DEMOLITION IS UNDERWAY. PROGRESS ON THE FIVE YEAR PLAN, EVEN THOUGH AS ALL FIVE YEAR PLANS, YOU DON'T COMPLETE IT IN FIVE YEARS. WHEN THE FUTURE LAND USE COMMITTEE MET WE TALKED ABOUT THAT ISSUE AND ONE OF THE POSSIBLE WAYS TO MOVE FORWARD IS TO THINK ABOUT EITHER FOR THOSE PORTIONS OF THE PECOS THAT HAVE NOT YET SEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT OR FOR THOSE THAT HAVE SEEN MORE COMPREHENSIVE TO START LOOKING AT WHAT'S THE NEXT AREA ALONG. SO, FOR INSTANCE, TO THE EAST ON THE HASLETT SIDE AND TO THE NORTH ON PERHAPS OKEMOS ROAD SIDE. AND OF COURSE, THE THIRD ONE WE STILL HAVE TO GENERATE INTEREST IN. AND AT THE EDC, WE DID DISCUSS THAT AS FAR AS POSSIBLY ADDING A DIFFERENT PIKA OF SOMEPLACE ELSE, MAYBE SOMETHING DIFFERENT. SO RECOMMENDATION TO DO THAT AS PART OF THE FIVE YEAR.
